1. Data Subject to Processing
Data processed by the Company are your basic personal and contact details, such as your name and last name, address, phone number and e-mail address. These Data are collected by the Company when you provide them using the services provided on our website.
When you browse through our website, not being registered for any of our online services, you are doing this anonymously. By doing this we do not collect your personal data such as your name and last name, address, phone number and e-mail address. However, our software uses so called cookies, for collecting of information about the way of using of its websites. In a group mode, information about your computer’s server, type of your internet browser (i.e. Netscare or Internet Explorer), whether you replied on the web add or e-mail, is collected and followed. This information are used for measuring of level of reaction to web adds and offers made via e-mail.

You have the right to be informed regarding Data processing upon your request, the right to access the Data referring to you as well as the right to request their copy. In addition to aforementioned, you have right to request correction, modification, update or deletion of the Data, as well as to stay and suspend the processing.
You have the right to Data deletion in the following cases:
– if the purpose of processing is not clearly specified;
– if the purpose of processing is changed, but the processing requirements for such changed purpose are not met;
– if the purpose of processing has been achieved, i.e. if Data is no longer needed for such purpose;
– if Data are processed by inadmissible means;
– if Data are such that their number or type is disproportionate to the purpose of processing;
– if Data are inaccurate and cannot be replaced with accurate ones by means of corrections;
– if Data are processed without consent or authority based on the law, as well as in other cases where processing is not allowed under the law.
You shall have the right to have Data processing stayed or suspended if you have challenged the correctness, completeness and accuracy of Data, as well as the right to have such Data labelled as challenged pending a decision on their correctness, completeness and accuracy.
7. Other Information Relevant for Processing of Your Data
Time Limit for Keeping and Processing Data
Your Data shall be processed and kept for while there is the need, but no longer than 20 years.
Computer on which your personal Data are stored is located in a room that is locked in non-working hours. Only authorized persons, which number is limited, have access to the room. Data on computer are secured by the system of passwords for authorization.
Your personal Data shall be kept confidential. The access to such Data shall be allowed only to persons whose performance of duties in the Company requires such access and only to the extent required by the scope of tasks they perform.
Export of Data
Your personal Data shall not be exported from the Republic of Serbia.
